Super easy weeknight dinner. To make it even easier, you can use mozzarella balls already marinated in herbs and spices which can be found at stores like Target or Trader Joe’s. Or just use fresh mozzarella and the spices you have in your cupboard!

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
Step 2
Boil water for gnocchi
Step 3
Slice cherry or grape tomatoes in half
Step 4
Add oil, tomatoes, and seasonings to baking dish
Step 5
Cook gnocchi according to package directions
Step 6
Add gnocchi to baking dish and mix
Step 7
Spread mozzarella balls or slices of mozzarella evenly on top of other ingredients
Step 8
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes
