Instructions
Step 1
Put water into oats and microwave for 3 minutes until water has disappeared and stir thoroughly afterwards.
Step 2
Break up bananas and place in blender with cooked oats
Step 3
Add rest of ingredients and stir to ensure distributed
Step 4
Blend for 10-15 seconds and stir to check consistency and blend further if needed.
Step 5
Place into refrigerator to cool down and keep for up to 2 days
