Ingredients

¾ cupscanned Chickpea water

1 Tbsplemon juice

1 Tbspcanned Chick peas

1 Tbspdijon mustard

1 ¾ cupsvegetable oil

Pink salt
as needed
Instructions
Step 1
Boil chickpea water on Medium high for 5 mins stir occasionally.
Step 2
Put ice in a big bowl, place a smaller bowl into the big bowl and pour in chickpea water into small bowl and stir until cool.
Step 3
Once cool add 1 tbsp lemon juice
Step 4
add 1 tbsp Chick peas
Step 5
Add everything into Blender
Step 6
add 1 tbsp dijon mustard
Step 7
Blend on High to pulverize mixture
Step 8
Slowly drizzle in 1 3/4 cups of oil, add more if you want thicker.
Step 9
Pulse blender if needed.
Step 10
Remove all from blender and add pink salt to tasted and mix by hand.
