Instructions

Step 1
Microwave butter in a 4” ramekin for 30 seconds.
Step 2
Combine almond flour, coconut flour, egg, salt and baking powder in the same ramekin and stir.
Step 3
Let the mixture sit for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Microwave for a minute and a half then run a knife along the edge to loosen from the ramekin.
Step 5
Slice, toast and enjoy!
