Instructions

Step 1
crack the eggs into a microwave safe dish and beat with the egg whites, greek yogurt, milk, and seasonings thoroughly
Step 2
mix in the meats and veggies
Step 3
place in a microwave (mines 900W) and microwave on full power for 1 minute 30 seconds and check for doneness
Step 4
cook in 30 second intervals checking each time to desired doneness, should be set and not runny
Step 5
leave to cool for a minute or 2 and enjoy! top with your favourite hot sauce for an extra kick or cheese if you fancy!
