Instructions
Step 1
In large Skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms and onion. Cook, stirring often, 5 or 6 minutes or until onion is soft and translucent.
Step 2
Stir in rice. Add broth and bring to boil. Cover Skillet, lower heat to medium-low and simmer 40 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Step 3
Remove skillet from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with Fork. Season with salt and pepper.
