🌟Spicy Peanut Noodles🌟 Chewy and slurpable noodles smothered in spicy and creamy peanut butter sauce. It’s a super quick and easy meal that can be ready in less than 10 minutes! 🥢 INGREDIENTS: 4 oz dried noodles or fresh noodles 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce  1 tbsp rice vinegar 2 tbsp homemade chili oil 1 tbsp grated garlic 1/3 cup noodle water, use more or less depending on the consistency of the sauce DIRECTIONS: - Add noodles to boiling water and cook according to package instructions until they are chewy, about 4-5 minutes.  - Add peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili oil, garlic, and noodle water to a bowl. Mix well until it becomes smooth.  - Add the cooked noodles and mix in with the sauce. Garnish with scallions and chopped peanuts. Enjoy!

Instructions
