1cauliflower
2 Tbspolive oil
1onion
2garlic gloves
1 cuplentils
cooked
⅓ cupcashews
2 Tbspnutritional yeast
spices
plant milk

Instructions
Step 1
Cut your cauliflower and cook it for about 15min.
Step 2
While the cauliflower cooks fry in a pan olive oil, onion and garlic.
Step 3
As soon as the cauliflower is ready mix it in a food processor with lentils, cashews, fried onions and garlic, nutritional yeast, spices and plant milk.
Step 4
Pour the soup into your bowl and optional top it with olive oil, pumpkin seeds and truffle.
