Peanut butter berry smoothie

This smoothie is 100% geared towards breastfeeding women. It is high in protein and contains key ingredients (rolled oats, flax seed, brewers yeast) for improving milk production. It is SO important to get debittered brewers yeast so that the shake is drinkable. I personally love the oaty, peanut butter, banana flavor!
I usually make this after my morning workout and sip it for breakfast/lunch.
