Step 1
Grind oats to create oat flour
Step 2
Combine oat flour and other ingredients in a bowl, mix until smooth
Step 3
Cook 1/3 cup batter on greased griddle, flipping once top begins to bubble and cooking for 2 min more on other side. Add any desired fillings (berries, nuts or choc. Chips about 3 min after placing on skillet)
Step 4
Serve with syrup, honey, yogurt, berries, bananas or peanut butter.
