Step 1
Chop up carrots and onion. Add chopped onion and beef to Skillet to Brown drain the fat. Add carrots to the beef and onion mixture to soften. Drain your beans and rinse. Combined all remaining ingredients including beef mixture into crock pot set on high cook for 2 and 1/2 hours.
