Ingredients

8 ozshell pasta
1cucumber
medium, chopped
1 cupblack olives
sliced
¼ cupred onion
minced
5 ozfeta cheese crumbles
Dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Boil 4 quarts water. Add pasta and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until desired doneness, stirring occasionally. Drain and rinse with cool water.
Step 2
Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Mix dressing in a small cup or jar.
Step 3
Add pasta and dressing to bowl and toss to mix. Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
