Instructions
For the sauce
Step 1
Mix the mayo, ketchup, mustard, sugar and grated gherkins together and then add salt and pepper to taste.
For the rest

Dice the onion and slice the lettuce
Step 3
Take one tortilla and half your minced beef and press it on your tortilla so it's evenly spread and covers it all
Step 4
Add face down to the pan for 1-2 minutes so that the beef is cooked and flip, add a piece of cheese then add tbsp of water to the pan and cover so the cheese melts.
Step 5
Once you've done all your tortillas it's time to build. First add your sliced gherkins, onions, lettuce and then sauce , fold in half.
