Instructions
Step 1
Prepare 5 mason jars (size: 1 cup/ 8 oz/ 250 ml).
Step 2
Pour 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds in each jar.
Step 3
Mix them well using a teaspoon. If “chia-junks” are formed, just break them with the spoon.
Step 4
Cut the dates into little pieces and divide them into the jars and mix them.
Step 5
Let them sit in the fridge for couple of hours or overnight.
Step 6
Add nuts and fruits freshly or before you leave in the morning.
