One Pan Sausage and Orzo

Heat oil in a large deep-sided pan over medium heat. Add sausage and fry until starting to brown. Add onion and pepper and cook until soft. Add orzo and stir to coat with oil and toast. Stir in broth, tomatoes, red pepper flakes, paprika, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to a simmer, and cover. Cook, stirring occasionally, until orzo is cooked through. Top with green onions.
