Instructions
Step 1
Thinly slice cabbage and onions. Slit chillies. Fry onions, chillies and bay leafs until soft.
Step 2
Add masalas and salt frying for a few more minutes.
Step 3
Add sugar and cabbage, stir then cover on low for 10-15 minutes until soft. Add a little water if necessary.
