Instructions

Step 1
1.Heat the oven to 200C

2. Add your new potatoes to a baking dish, spray with salt, pepper and a generous amount of spray olive oil. Roast for 15 minutes

3. After 15 ins, give the potatoes a toss and add your leeks with some spray oil tray

Put back into the oven for 10 more minutes.

4. Pat the salmon dry and season with salt, garlic powder and pepper and add to the baking tray, skin side down and add your asparagus. Cook for a further 7-10 minutes until salmon is fully cooked through.

5. take the salmon ahd asparagus out on tray

the dish and stir the creme fraichle into the potatoes and leeks and season with some more salt and pepper. Add the salmon and asparagus back on and finish off for a further 5-10 minutes.
