Instructions
Step 1
Combine the salt, pepper and lemon zest the sprinkle it over the chicken. You can live it to marinate for a couple on hours to overnight.
Step 2
Add the oil in a pan and then sear off the chicken, skin side down first, for about 4-5 minutes until golden
Step 3
Add 50 ml of water and cover with the lid and leave it to seamer on low until cooked thorough and the water evaporated
Step 4
Set the chicken aside on s plate. Add the butter to the pan and melt it then the garlic and cook for 2 minutes
Step 5
Then add the flour and stir until the flour changes colour and start slowly adding the milk until well combined and the sauce thickened.
Step 6
Add back the chiken and let it simmer for 2 minutes until all the flavors are combined.
Step 7
Then sprinkle the chopped parsley and serve warm.
