Ingredients
2 servings

1 tspsesame oil

300gbeef rump steak
removed from fridge 20 min prior

salt
to taste

pepper

80gbuckwheat noodles
gluten-free, or soba

200ggreen beans
trimmed

1spring onion
finely sliced

0.5red chilli
long, deseeded & finely sliced

dressing

1 Tbssoy sauce
or tamari if gluten free

1 Tbslemon juice

2 tspsesame oil

1garlic clove
minced
Instructions
Step 1
Combine dressing ingredients in a jar and shake well.
Step 2
Rub sesame oil over steak and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Preheat a medium frypan over high heat, add steak and cook for 2 minutes each side (or to your liking). Remove steak from pan and set aside loosely covered with foil for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
Step 4
Meanwhile, bring a medium saucepan of salted water to the boil. Add noodles and cook for 3 minutes. Add beans and continue to cook for another minute. Drain.
Step 5
Divide noodles, beans and steak between two bowls and drizzle over dressing.
Step 6
Top with spring onions and red chilli to serve.
