Instructions

Step 1
Chop celery and onion, sauté in EVOO with salt, pepper and garlic powder
Step 2
Add mixed vegetables to pot, cook over medium heat 20 minutes. Add shredded chicken and seasoning packets from chicken ramen. sauté until heated through.
Step 3
Add 3 qts of chicken broth, simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Break up ramen noodles as you add to the pot of soup. Cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until noodles are softened.
Step 5
Serve with Italian bread with homemade herb butter
