Spread tomato paste on wholemeal pitta breads (can use back of spoon)

Cut ingredients to size of choice (tonatoes, zucchini, anchovies, bacon, capsicum)

Top with ingredients of choice
Step 5
Add grated cheese
Step 6
Bake for 20 minutes on 170c or until crispy
