½ tspsoy sauce

2 Tbspcanola oil

1green bell pepper
1 1/2 inch cubed

large, 1 1/2 inch cubed

1spring onion
1 cm slices, optional

1 ½ Tbspsoy sauce

½ tspsugar
optional

1 ½ tspkashmiri mirch

1 tspgaram masala

1 Tbspcanola oil
Instructions
Step 1
Chicken coating & pan fryingAdd chicken, Kashmiri Mirch, soy sauce, cornstarch and egg in a bowl. Mix well and make sure all pieces are coated. Set aside.
Step 2
Heat oil in a frying pan on medium-high heat. Once oil runs like water add the chicken pieces and cook on all sides. Lower the heat if needed.
Step 3
Once, the outside coating is nicely cooked set aside.
Step 4
Sauce & stir fryIn a large frying pan heat oil on medium-high heat. Once the oil has heated add in the garlic and onions.
Step 5
Cook onions until they start to caramelize then add chicken, Kashmiri mirch, garam masala and cook for 7-8 minutes.
Step 6
Next, stir in bell peppers, soy sauce, sugar and ginger. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the bell peppers, peel wilts.
Step 7
Serve over rice with rotis or naan.
