Instructions
Step 1
Peel half of the cucumber skin, cut in half and take out the seeds. Slice to your desired thickness, add and and mix in salt, and rest for 10min.
Step 2
Thoroughly wash out the salt and dry the cucumber pieces.
Step 3
Add all the seasoning and let marinate in the fridge.
