Tilapia Fish Stew

5 steps
Prep:15minCook:20min
Try this delicious fish stew, a popular and healthy dish in the Kingdom of Eswatini. It is incredibly simple to make, nourishing and fragrant. One to come back to again and again! Ingredient notes: - Tilapia fish fillets can be bought frozen in many Asian/Caribbean stores. If frozen, allow time to defrost at room temperature (2 hours or so) before cooking - If you can't find tilapia, then use any mild tasting, sustainably farmed white fish fillets Any leftover fish stew will keep in the fridge for about 3 days and can be easily reheated on the stove top on a low heat until boiling and hot through.
