Instructions

Step 1
Sort and wash pigeon peas.
Step 2
Place pigeon peas in a pot, add water and bring to boil.
Step 3
Chop onion , carrots, tomato, green pepper.
Step 4
Heat oil and sauté onion, tomato, garlic, black pepper.
Step 5
Add cooked pigeon pea, carrots and green pepper.
Step 6
Continue cooking until pigeon peas are soft.
Step 7
Season with aromat or stock cubes or salt.
