Ingredients
8 servings
3 cupsrice chex
3 cupssesame crackers
Rice Thin, broken up a bit
3 cupsChow Mein noodles
3 cupspotato sticks
1 cupwasabi peas
1 cupSriracha peas
or double the wasabi peas if you don't find these
1 tablespoonsesame seeds
Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 250F.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the Chex and all snack ingredients except for sauce items.
Step 3
In a small bowl mix the melted butter and other sauce ingredients. Then pour this over the snack ingredients and mix well to coat.
Step 4
Pour Chex mix on a baking sheet and spread out evenly. Bake this in a 250 degree oven for 45 minutes, stirring ever 15 minutes. Then remove from the oven and allow the mix to cool completely on the tray.
Step 5
Place your finished mix in a gallon zip-lock storage bag (or other air tight container) to store (assuming it isn't all eaten in one sitting!).
