Creamy Cajun Alfredo with smoked sausage and chicken is the perfect one pot weeknight meal! Ready in just about 30 minutes, itās so flavorful and delicious! Recipe Below ā¬ļø

Ingredientsš©š½āš³
3 chicken breast, diced into bite size pieces
1 tbsp Cajun spices
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cayenne
1 tsp oregano
Salt and pepper
*toss in seasonings, coat chicken well and cook 6-8 minutes. Set aside*
1 pound of smoked sausage, sliced ( I used beef, you can use pork whatever you prefer)
*Cook sausage 2-4 minutes till browned, set aside*
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
3 cloves of garlic, minced
*Saute peppers and garlic, then add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese
2 cups of heavy cream
1 cup of Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
Salt and pepper
Fettuccine pasta, cooked
