Ingredients

1 stickbutter

1rotisserie chicken
shredded

1 bagfrozen mixed vegetables
small

2 cupschicken stock
1can cream of chicken with herbs soup

2 cupsmilk

1 boxcheddar bay biscuit mix
Instructions
Step 1
Melt stick of butter in a 9x13 baking dish. You can do this in the oven while it's preheating to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Put shredded chicken in baking dish over melted butter.
Step 3
Pour bag of veggies over chicken.
Step 4
Mix chicken stock with cream of chicken soup. Pour over top of biscuit mix. Do not mix.
Step 5
Mix 2 cups of milk with the box of biscuit mix, including the biscuit seasoning mix. Pour over the chicken and veggies. Do not mix.
Step 6
Bake, uncovered, for 45 mins. After baking time is done, it will look a little jiggly in the middle. It is done, just let it sit for 15 mins before serving.
