Step 1
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter, then add the garlic and ginger stirring constantly. Cook until the garlic is fragrant and beginning to caramelize, 3-4 minutes. Add the greens and cook until wilted.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cook the noods according to package directions. Drain.
Step 3
Add noods and soy sauce to skillet, tossing with the garlic butter. Remove from the heat, add basil and toss to combine.
Step 4
Divide noods between two bowls and top each with a fried egg, sesame seeds, and more basil if desired. Season with pepper. Eat that shit.
