For the chicken
chicken breast
cut into cubes
1 tspsalt
1 tsppepper
2 tspgarlic powder
2 tsppaprika
or smoked paprika
2 Tbspcornstarch
1 tspbaking powder
For the sauce
¾ cupfresh orange juice
you can squeeze from fresh oranges or use store bought
⅛ cupsoy sauce
1 Tbsphoney
1 Tbspcornstarch
¼ cupwater
½ tspchilli flakes
1 tspminced garlic
1 Tbspginger
chopped 1/4 tsp ginger powder
Orange zest

For the garnish
Instructions
Step 1
season the chicken cubes with the seasonings and fry with some oil
Step 2
In a pan with some oil fry the garlic then add the rest of the ingredients except the cornflour and water
Step 3
In a small bowl mix the cornflour with water and add it to the sauce until thicken and add the chicken to it and garnish with some sesame seeds and green onion
