Ingredients

1 ⅓ TbspCashew butter
⅔ TbspSesame oil
1 ⅓ TbspSoy sauce
6 sprigsFresh cilantro
Chopped
⅓ cupTangerines
raw, sections
⅔ cupCarrots
Raw, chopped
1 ⅓ cupCabbage
Raw, chopped
⅔ cupBroccoli
Raw, chopped
½ cupspinach
Instructions
Step 1
Mix cashew butter, oil, soy sauce, and chopped cilantro together in a small bowl until becomes a thick dressing.
Step 2
Prepare/Rinse all vegetables and add to large bowl: section out tangerine pieces, grate carrots into fine strips, julienne cabbage, rough chop broccoli into small florets.
Step 3
Mix dressing into the bowl of vegetables. Stir well. Place in refrigerator for about 30min - 1 hour to marinate flavors. Enjoy!
