Instructions
Step 1
Heat frying pan to medium heat. Spray it with a non stick spray.
Step 2
Make the turkey into a patty.
Step 3
While the meat patty is cooking, take the tortilla and lay it flat on a plate. Cover the center of it with the avocado and sauce.
Step 4
When the turkey patty is fully cooked, place it directly on top of the avocado and sauce.
Step 5
Wrap all sides of the tortilla over the ingredients in the middle.
Step 6
Lightly spray the tortilla with non stick spray. Put in the pan and cook for about 45s to a minute on each side.
