Cook chicken
Step 2
Combine and mix beans, salsa, cheese, shredded chicken, seasoning, and sour cream together in a bowl.
Step 3
Pour enough enchilada sauce to lightly cover the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
Step 4
One at a time, fill tortillas with the mixture and roll. Line them up in the pan.
Step 5
Cover with enchilada sauce and top with cheese.
Step 6
Bake covered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Step 7
Uncover for the last 5 minutes.
