Instructions
Step 1
Heat 1tbsp coconut oil in a large skillet. Add your mushrooms, salt, pepper, nutmeg and fry until browned . Add soy sauce and stir for 1 more minute. Set aside.
Step 2
In a pot heat remaining coconut oil, add onion with garlic and sautƩ until softened .
Step 3
Once ready sprinkle in the flour stirring constantly, then add coconut milk a little at a time whisking out the clumps between each addition.
Step 4
Add vegetable stock and mushrooms to the creamy mixture. Bring it to the boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 5 more minutes, add more salt and pepper if needed.
Step 5
To serve garnish with sesame seeds and coriander.
