Instructions
Step 1
Slice fresh tomatoes into big chunks of pieces, slice some scallion.
Step 2
Crack eggs in a bowl and add in salt and white vinegar, beat egg with chopsticks or a mixer.
Step 3
Add cooking oil in a heated skillet, simply pour egg batter in the skillet to cook. Remove egg from the heat once eggs get slightly cooked.
Step 4
Add more cooking oil in the skillet, simply put sliced tomatoes in to stir fry. Put some salt and ketchup, sugar in to mix and finally add a small amount of water in, simmer it for a few minutes.
Step 5
Finally add in pre cooked egg to mix well with tomatoes. Garnish with chopped scallion, it’s now ready to serve.
