Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 13x9 pan

In a medium sized sauce pan over medium heat melt together brown sugar and butter until sugar dissolves, stirring constantly

Allow to cool slightly, and temper one egg. Add back tempered egg.
Step 4
Add remaining egg and vanilla
Step 5
Stir in flour, baking soda, And baking powder. Gently fold in butterscotch chips and coconut.
Step 6
Spread batter in pan and bake for 25-30 minutes
