For the Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Heat a large pan over medium heat and add the oil
Step 2
While it heats (about a minute)
Step 3
In a bowl mix salt to taste, pepper, ginger
Step 4
Coat the chicken in the mix and now lay in the hot oil. Cook 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and remove from the pan. ( you might need to do this in batches)
Step 5
Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients.
Step 6
In a small bowl make the flour slur by mixing the arrowroot and some water
Step 7
Add more sesame oil to the pan (about 1- 1 ½ tablespoons) back to the pan and ½ the sauce and saute the garlic and red pepper for a few minutes on medium heat. Now place the chicken back in the pan with the remaining sauce, if needed Slowly add the arrowroot and mix until thickens a little.
Step 8
Serve over cauliflower rice
