Step 1
Preheat oven 200c. Baked egg layers: egg, chilli powder, mixed herbs, pepper, mayonnaise, cheese. Bake for 5 - 10 mins or just until the white egg cooked
Step 2
Cut bread into 4 parts. Spread margarine on both sides. Add mixed herbs and a bit of pepper on 1 side. Bake for 5 mins
