Instructions

Step 1
Mix mashed bananas and maple syrup in a medium bowl. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix until well combined (the batter needs to be thick).
Step 2
Place batter into backing pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle with topics of your choosing
Step 3
Bake for around 45-55 minutes or until a tester comes out clean
Step 4
Once out of the oven, allow the banana bread to cook before removing from its rack and serving
