Instructions

Step 1
Mince onion and bell pepper. set aside.
Step 2
Cut sausage into quarter size. Cut up pork tasso into squares. Set aside Cut up chicken tenderloins and chicken thighs into squares. Set aside
Step 3
Put worcestershire and soy sauce on meat mix and onion mix. All a little hot sauce to chicken.
Step 4
Add garlic powder, onion powder, white pepper, and pork seasoning (butt and rib tickler) to chicken
Step 5
Line pot with butter and add minced garlic. Cook at medium to high heat until butter is melted.
Step 6
Add chicken and thoroughly cook
Step 7
Add sausage and tasso. Brown until glazed.
Step 8
Add onion and bell peppers to bottom of pot. Cook until juice from chicken is gone then pour in rotel and stir
Step 9
Cook down juices until onions are soft. add chicken broth as needed to prevent burning
Step 10
Add water and chicken broth up to about meat level, and let simmer on low for about 20 mins. Stirring occasionally. Careful not to let meat stick
Step 11
Add cream of chicken and cream of mushroom then stir. Cook for about another 5 or so mins.
Step 12
Add in bowtie pasta and broth / water (enough to cook the pasta in with the meat)
Step 13
Once pasta is cooked, remove from heat and let sit to thicken.
