Air fried asian style tofu
Great for pokebols! You can serve with some hoisin sauce or even incorporate in the recipe.

Instructions
Step 1
Press the tofu with a tofu press or by wrapping it in a kitchen towel and placing a heavy board or pan on top.
Step 2
Cube the tofu into roughly 1/2-3/4 inch pieces.
Step 3
Pre-heat air fryer at 380 F.
Step 4
Add the tofu into a bowl along with the tamari.
Step 5
Place a lid over the bowl and shake to toss.
Step 6
Sift in the corn starch and add in the nutritional yeast.
Step 7
Place the lid over again and shake to toss until the pieces of tofu are all coated.
Step 8
Transfer the tofu into the air fryer and air fry at 380 F for 7 minutes.
Step 9
Shake the pan and air fry for another 7-8 minutes or until crispy.
