Instructions
Step 1
Put the meat in a bowl with oil and season it. Fry it on a pan, and right before it´s done, add halloumi along.
Step 2
Pour water over quinoa and in a pot let it be with 230 ml of water for 15 minutes. Then boil it and after it reaches 100°, cook it on a lighter heat for approximately 10 minutes (or until it absorbs all the water).
Step 3
In meanwhile, slice your tomatoes, and after finishing frying the meat and halloumi, mix all the ingredients with the pot of cooked quinoa.
