For the Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and Season Chicken Breast with all the ingredients listed.
Step 2
Add Butter to a non stick pan on medium heat, once the butter is hot and melted add chicken breast face down and turn the heat to high for 2mins

Step 3
Lower heat and cover chicken for 8-10mins or until it starts to gain color, flip chicken and let other side cook for 5mins
Step 4
Remove chicken and place in a small baking dish

Step 5
Into the same pan add all the vegetables to the butter on medium heat. Let saute until onions become translucent
Step 6
Add whipping cream, basil and salt, let saute for a minute
Step 7
Pour Cream and Vegetables onto Chicken. Cover with 6 cheese Italian blend. Place in oven on 375°f for 15mins or until cheese is golden.

Step 8
Top with Fresh Chopped Parsley and Serve
