Instructions
Step 1
Mince the garlic, dice the onion, and add to the iPot with 1/2 cup water and sauté for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add in remaining ingredients to the iPot EXCEPT for the red pepper. Put the lid on the iPot and set to high pressure cook for 25 minutes. Once finished cooking let naturally release for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Add in the diced red pepper and enjoy!
