Sticky Maple Glazed Pork Belly

A hot sticky sweet marinade that goes great with pork.

Instructions

Step 1
Add all ingredients to a bowl except the cornflour and blend together
Step 2
Simmer on the hob and once hot add cornflour slowly while mixing
Step 3
Fully cook out (about 5 mins on medium to low simmer) and allow to cool
Step 4
Brush over pork belly strips and grill on a medium low heat, turning and reapplying glaze every 2-3 minutes
Step 5
Cook for 10-15 minutes or until crispy and delicious with all the fat rendered down
Step 6
Goes great with coleslaw and corn on the cob
