Citrus Cucumber Salad

This cucumber salad has the perfect balance of spice and citrus along with umami flavors and fresh basil. This is my new favorite cucumber salad! Perfect summer side dish.

Instructions

Step 1
Cut cucumber into small pieces. I like to cut them into uneven pieces to add a little texture. Combine all the sauce ingredients and add the cucumber and basil. Toss together and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
