32 oztri-color coleslaw mix
10 gramssesame seed oil
102 gramseggs
22gsriracha sauce
2 gramsground ginger
519 gramsground chicken

46 gramsscallions
Instructions
Step 1
Brown chicken and drain any liquid Add garlic and brown for 30 seconds Add coleslaw mix, ginger, and soy sauce. If mixture appears dry add a small amount of water Cook down cabbage to desired softness Make a well and cook egg in the middle Mix well
Add chili paste, sesame oil, and scallions. Stir and serve Add more oil or chili paste if needed
