Ingredients

2 slicesham
thick cut
2eggs
poached
2 stripsbacon
chopped
3mushrooms
sliced thin
parsley
0.25onion
sliced thin
2 Tbspbutter
Hollandaise
Instructions
Step 1
Bake bacon at 400 for 15-18 minutes. Check often.
Step 2
Poach eggs for 4 minutes in simmering water.
Step 3
Follow link to make hollandaise.
Step 4
In a medium sauce pan, on medium heat melt the butter.
Step 5
Add in onions and mushrooms, sauté until brown. Remove and set to the side.
Step 6
In the same pan, add the ham steaks. Cook until browned.
Step 7
Assemble in this order: Ham, mushrooms and onions, poached egg, hollandaise, bacon pieces and parsley.
