medium, peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks

2 cupsvegetable broth
if not vegetarian, chicken broth works as well

1 ½ cupswater

2 x 14.5 ozcans diced tomatoes

2cans beans
drained and rinsed well, i like to use 1 can black beans and 1 can kidney beans, but you can use whatever you like

1 tchili powder

2 tspcumin

1 tsppaprika

½ tspcinnamon

½ tsporegano

2 tspsalt
or to taste

1 tspblack pepper
or to taste

1 cupfrozen corn
