Cheesy Broccoli Chicken & Rice Recipe Freezer Meal!

Make 1/4 recipe for 2 small freezer dishes. I didn't need as much cheese. Cook and season everything along the way, break it up into small pieces (especially the broccoli) for better bites. I used Morton Season All and Montreal chicken seasoning, along with the onion flakes mentioned. I used plain Greek yogurt and heavy whipping cream instead of milk (trying to empty the fridge) and it turned out great.

I did not realize how much this recipe would make. I would half the recipe if I wanted enough for four instead of eight. I also halfed the cheese as well, so if you made half the recipe you'd need 1/4 the amount of cheese. The amount of cheese listed felt like serious overkill to me.

Cut the liquids down but otherwise we loved it! Great to keep handy in the freezer.

Yummy great to freeze!
